My points are missing. What should I do?๏ผ
Check your Activity History first. If an eligible purchase is missing, use the in-app Dispute / Claim Missing LP feature and upload a clear copy of the receipt. Verified claims may be credited after review.
Can I use points if I do not have enough for the whole purchase?๏ผ
Yes. Harimau Rewards supports Points + Cash. Use the points you choose for an eligible discount and pay the remaining amount directly to the merchant.
Do Harimau Rewards points expire?๏ผ
Customer points are subject to expiry if the account has no qualifying points activity for more than 6 months. Members should review the app for current balance and expiry notices.
Can I transfer points to another member or cash them out?๏ผ
No. Loyalty Points are promotional reward tokens, are non-transferable between member accounts and cannot be exchanged by members for cash.
Do all products earn points?๏ผ
No. Points apply only to qualifying transactions. Subsidised or controlled items and other excluded charges or categories may not qualify. The applicable merchant and campaign rules will determine eligibility.
Terms at a glance
- Membership is free, subject to registration and account verification requirements.
- LP are promotional rewards, not cash or e-money, and cannot be cashed out by members.
- 1 LP carries a fixed programme discount value of RM0.01, subject to the programme's redemption rules.
- Member LP may expire after more than 6 months of qualifying inactivity.
- Points earning, redemption, excluded items, campaigns and merchant participation may be subject to additional conditions.
- Suspected misuse, fraud or breach of programme rules may result in review, suspension or adjustment of points.
Privacy summary: Member information and programme activity should be used only for account administration, loyalty operations, security/fraud prevention, customer support and permitted communications. A final production site should publish the approved full Privacy Notice and Terms & Conditions.
